The tamper-resistant, semi-recessed toilet tissue dispenser is fabricated from 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel, with all exposed surfaces powder-coated in white. The unit dispenses one standard-core toilet paper roll up to 4-1/2 (114 mm) in diameter. Spring-loaded knobs are designed to release the toilet tissue and prevent pilferage.
